Individual training:
At All Sports Development we like to help you take your exercise a step further. The perfect way to do this is individual training. You will get the full attention of one of our trainers. It makes no difference whether you are a top athlete or a recreational athlete, everyone deserves what he or she needs from us.
We help you work on strength, speed, coordination, balance and stamina. We can also look specifically at a sport you practice and adjust the personal training accordingly.
The goal of the personal training is to teach you how to exercise better and more efficiently. This way you can perform at a higher level while exercising.
You can also do these training sessions in pairs or with four people.
You can also choose to train in a group of up to 10 athletes.
