At All Sports Development we are active in providing running technical and physical training, to each his own level.


The target group that we guide in this are, among others, soccer players, field hockey players, tennis players and hand runners. The goal of our training is to develop the athlete in his or her own athletic level. Through this development, the athlete will increase his or her athletic performance and will minimize the risk of injury.


The physical training offered are varied in format, but will ensure the basics of proper physical load. Each workout will carry the basic elements of posture, coordination, balance, strength, speed and endurance.
